How to Cancel Your Apollo Nation Membership

We want your experience with Apollo Nation to be simple and transparent.

If you need to cancel your membership, you have three easy options:

Option 1: Cancel Through the App

  • Open the Apollo Nation app

  • Go to Settings

  • Select Membership / Subscription

  • Follow the prompts to cancel

Option 2: Email Cancellation Request

You may email your cancellation request directly to:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email associated with your account

  • A brief note requesting cancellation

Option 3: Message Coach Marcos in the App

  • Open the Apollo Nation app

  • Send a direct message to Coach Marcos

  • Request cancellation assistance

Important Notes

  • Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle

  • Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time
