What is Apollo Nation’s method of training?

Every plan is personalized and adjusted as needed to fit your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

Why 6 weeks?

Six weeks is long enough to see progress and form habits, but short enough to keep your workouts exciting. Each new cycle gives you a chance to reset, refocus, and explore new movements—keeping training sustainable and motivating all year long.

Does Apollo Nation have a nutrition side as well?

Yes! While our primary focus is strength and fitness training, we also provide nutrition guidance to support your goals. We don’t believe in extreme diets or quick fixes—instead, we promote balanced, sustainable eating habits that fuel your workouts and fit your lifestyle.
